Ha! This is what I do when I’m away from beach: visiting traditional house. There’s a complex of Gorontalo’s traditional house that belong to one of the richest guy in Indonesia. Left as they were, these houses are free to use for many kinds of purpose. People can hold a wedding ceremony to a religious concert here.
The traditional house of Gorontalo is called Dolupoha. The place is build with strong and high pillars to hold. It’s made so to avoid the effect of flood.
